It starts with a conversation
There’s nothing we enjoy more than talking to couples about their ideas and dreams. We love finding out what makes you happy, what inspires you, and, of course, the story of you as a couple. We’ll send a short questionnaire and follow up with a face-to-face meeting to get to know you better.
Agree a budget
Every wedding is unique, and we create celebrations tailored to your budget. Whether it’s an intimate gathering of five or a grand event for 5,000, we bring the creativity, energy, and contacts to make your day truly special.
Set a date
Or more likely, a few possible dates — whatever works best for you.
Discuss concepts
What do you want your wedding to express? Your love of flowers, the sea, vintage VW campers, or even your favourite football team? Whether your vision involves Greek Gods, unicorns, lavender, or simply the stunning scenery of Greece, we’ll help you design the day you’ve always dreamed of.
Draw up an initial outline
Based on our conversations, we’ll prepare an initial moodboard so we’re imagining the same vision. We’ll also provide a list of your priorities alongside suggested suppliers, giving you a clear starting point.
Contract
Once you’re happy with our proposal, we’ll send a contract outlining costs, obligations, locations, and dates. We’ll also share a detailed event plan highlighting key milestones, so you can see progress every step of the way. Moodboards, suggestions, links, timings, and estimates — everything you need to feel confident and excited.

Communication is key. We’re always here for calls, messages, and new ideas. We’ll keep you updated with plans and hold weekly check-ins to ensure every detail is on track.
