Here at Olive Hearts, there’s nothing we enjoy more than talking to brides and grooms-to-be about their ideas and hopes. We like to find out all about you, what makes you happy in life, what you dream of… and of course, the whole story of you as a couple. We’ll send you a questionnaire – and later we’ll talk face-to-face.

Agree a budget 

We create weddings tailored made to your budget.

Whether you have five guests or 5,000, we have the creativity, energy and contacts to make your day the most special you ever imagined.

 

Set a date 

Or more likely, a number of possible dates.

 

Discuss concepts 

What do you want your wedding to express? Your love of flowers? Your passion for the sea? Your undying devotion to VW campers or your football team? Whether you want your day to be about Greek Gods, unicorns, lavender – or simply the stunning scenery of Greece, we’ll help you to create the day you’ve always dreamed of.

Draw up an initial outline 

Based on our conversations, we’ll send you an initial moodboard – so that we both know we’re imagining the same thing. We’ll also give you an agreed list of what you want, alongside suggested suppliers.

 

Contract 

If you’re happy with our proposal, we’ll send you a contract with agreed costs, obligations, locations and dates – alongside agreed dates and times for catch-ups.

Critically, we’ll share an event plan with you that highlights crucial dates and timings, so you can see progress as we go along.

 

We show you what we’re thinking – moodboards, suggestions, links for you to investigate… along with timings and estimates...
