Planning & Managing your wedding
Of course, having a grand vision is one thing. But making it all come together takes precision planning. Behind the scenes, we are spreadsheet central. We’re getting you the best deals with the very best suppliers. We’re making sure contracts are in order. We’re creating the structured plan that will give you an effortlessly perfect day. Step by step we make sure that every last ‘i’ is dotted and every last ‘t’ crossed. We’re doing the admin and the legwork so that you can relax and enjoy every last moment of this special time.
Catering & Bar Teams
You know all those hours of sunshine we enjoy? And all our pristine coastline and countryside? They’re the perfect recipe for the most delicious food you’ll ever eat.
Whether you like to keep it simple – or you enjoy Michelin starred gourmet eating, the food we arrange for your wedding will make your mouth water.
Of course, if you know exactly what you want, we can arrange for it to be made. And if you’d like suggestions, we’ll pour you a glass of wine to sip while we talk about all the delicious options available.
Photograph & Videos
In years to come, you want to be able to open an album – or look at the photo on your mantelpiece – and relive the whole wonderful day over again.
So it’s essential your photographer understands exactly what you’d like – from styles of photography through to the people you want to capture on film.
Our photographers and videographers offer a range of styles. And they all speak English, so they can co-ordinate your guests, arrange groups – and make sure you have images you’ll treasure forever.
Flowers & Decoration
Do you have a favourite flower you absolutely have to have in your bouquet? Do you want to say your vows under an arch of perfect white roses? Or do you imagine dancing your first dance in front of a starlight backdrop?
We work closely with a select group of florists to create bride's bouquets, buttonholes and arrangements that meet your vision exactly.
All your stationery
The stationery you choose – from invitations and save-the-dates through to place cards and orders of service – gives your guests a little taste of what to expect on the day.
Your wedding stationery gives you an opportunity to make your day even more special and unique to you.
So we work closely with designers to translate your ideas into cards, signage, place settings, labels and envelopes that make your guests think, “Wow!”

Music & Entertainment
You want a party that your guests will talk about for years to come. And whether you’d like them to still be dancing to live music at 2am, being wowed by professional dancers, or sitting peacefully with a string quartet backdrop – we provide the perfect traditional or modern music for your wedding.
And if there’s any other type of entertainment you’d like – whether it’s a magician, caricaturist or entertainer for little ones – we can arrange everything.
Favours & Gifts
Favours are a little touch that can express so much. We can supply Olive Heart favours with your names and date. Or we can create exactly what you’d like to give your guests on the day.
Amongst our suppliers are some of the most talented artists and craftswomen and men – and whatever you imagine, they can create.
We can also arrange gifts for your bridal party - so just let us know what you’re looking for. We can arrange to have them ready and waiting at your accommodation or at your wedding venue.

Traditional, fun or individual… whatever kind of wedding cake you’d like, we’ll arrange for it to be there for you on your big day.
Hotel & Travel
Coordinating travel arrangements for and with all of your guests is something you don’t need to worry about. We can arrange it all for you – wherever your guests are travelling from, and whatever they would like to do after your wedding.
We make sure everyone gets to Greece and to and from the special place where you get married.
We can also arrange your honeymoon and holidays for any of your guests after – or before – the wedding. Just let us know if you’d like to luxuriate in a spa, go walking up mountains, scuba diving, island hopping… or simply chilling out with delicious Greek food and wine and soaking up the sunshine. We’ll arrange it all for you.
