Crucially, we manage all supplier communications, so you only need to speak to us. Being there on the day
From unexpected hiccups to last-minute adjustments, we are there for you. When our bride Lisa’s beach wedding faced a missing delivery, we handled it on-site without her needing to worry. Our grooms Ian and Pete asked us to greet their guests at the airport — and we did, with warmth and care. Managing your guest list
Guest lists and seating plans can be fluid — a friend can’t come at the last minute, someone is added, or you need a little extra space between certain guests. You don’t need to worry about any of that. Just tell us the changes, and we take care of everything else.
We also ensure every guest’s needs are met: gluten-free diners enjoy delicious options, babies have high chairs, and elderly guests have comfortable seating and shade. Every thoughtful detail contributes to a smooth, enjoyable, full senses experience for everyone attending.
