Vendor contracts
We’ve worked with our suppliers for a long time. We know Greek law and we know how to negotiate to help your budget go further. Crucially, we look after all the individual supplier relationships, so that you only have to speak to us to make every last arrangement.
Being there on the day
Our bride Lisa didn’t need to know that the man who was supposed to unload chairs from the boat for her beach wedding couldn’t be there because of a family emergency. We were there, on-site, and we sorted it out. Our lovely grooms Ian and Pete had us meet their guests at the airport. Your wedding is important to us and we’ll be there on the day, coordinating and perfecting so that to you and your guests, everything feels effortlessly perfect.
Managing your guest list
At the last minute, maybe a friend can’t come. Or late in the day you think of someone you should have invited. Or you want to make sure there’s a little distance, shall we say, between two of your guests. But that means your seating plans can be fluid and seemingly ever-changing. But you don’t need to worry about any of that. You just let us know what’s changed, and we take care of everything else. And of course, we make sure that all of your guests’ needs are catered for… so your gluten-free eaters have lots of gorgeous food, your babies have high chairs and your elderly guests have appropriate seating and shade.
