This giveaway campaign is organized by Olive Hearts, that is a Greek full-service event planning agency specializing in destination weddings and social events all over Greece.
Participants must be adults, over 18-year-old.

To enter the contest the participant must place a comment under the contest’s Facebook post and like Olive Hearts Facebook page.
The contest starts on February 14, 2019 and ends on February 28, 2019, 23:59 (local time). The winner will be selected by draw and announced in March 04, 2019 via announcement on Olive Hearts Facebook page, and private message at the winner’s Facebook account.
Participants enter to win the wedding planning services from Olive Hearts for free of an up to 50 guest wedding that will take place until December 31, 2020, on a location of their choice in Greece at their predesignated budget.
The prize is solely inclusive of the Wedding Planning service fee of Olive Hearts, and for the services described below. No third-party expenses and no Olive Hearts transportation and accommodation expenses if needed, are included in the prize.
Wedding can take place until December 31, 2020.
Same sex weddings are not yet legal in Greece, a vow ceremony can be organised instead.
The services included in the prize are in detail:
Planning your wedding ceremony and wedding reception/ party
We will establish a timetable of the whole process and regular meetings with you – e-meetings, face to face or on the spot if that is possible– to communicate progress and facilitate decision making. We will be asking you information and feedback in a structured way, sending you proposals, updates and samples.
We will provide you all assistance needed with legal documentation and translations for your wedding ceremony (religious or civil).
We will develop your events schedule and events layout (indicating the location of the dance floor, buffet points, tables, chairs, lounges, etc.) so that you can have a clear idea on the events flow.
Concept and design
We will create your wedding mood board according to your personal style, and we will propose ideas and solutions in order to materialize all wedding aspects based on that.
Venue and Location scouting
We will reassure that all your venue specifications are met for your wedding ceremony and after wedding reception/ party, on the location of your choice. You will be presented with different proposals along with detailed info about specific venues and their cost.
Vendor Selection & Management
All vendors will be selected according to your needs and budget. We will be responsible for the identification and contracting of wedding professionals and service providers covering every aspect needed:
Catering and bar teams
Photographs and videos
Flowers and decoration
Music and entertainment
Favours and gifts
We will do the event briefing for all suppliers and contact the wedding vendors for details and schedules. We will look after all the individual supplier relationships, so that you only have to speak with us to make every arrangement.
You will decide on the wedding budget and we will make sure that you do not have any unexpected bills and expenses, making sure that your budget will go further. All finances will be monitored by us and through the right tools you will get regular updates and payment reminders.
Event Days Coordination
We will coordinate all deliveries and services, as well as the event flow on the wedding ceremony and on the wedding reception/ party. We will be at the location at least two days prior to your events to make sure that everything progresses as planned.
